Paris Hilton Discusses NFTs with Jimmy Fallon
When the conversation touches on NFTs and Jimmy asks Paris what those are, the celebrity explains that those are non-counterfeitable tokens. They are launched on the blockchain. You can use them to sell anything – art, music, experiences, physical objects, etc.
They mention the American artist Beeple, who sold an NFT earlier this year in March and made $69 million on that deal.
Hilton and her own NFT collection worth over $1.11 million
In April, Paris Hilton joined the new NFT trend and collaborated with designer Blake Kathryn to create her own collection of inauthentic tokens.
Her NFT collection includes three non-counterfeitable tokens that sold together for $220,000 and are expected to bring her a whopping $1.11 million in gross revenue at the end of the auction.
Paris Hilton has recently developed an interest in cryptocurrencies. In her interview, she revealed that she is “very, very excited” about Bitcoin and that she has been in BTC for a while now.
