• Crypto Gem Alliance Releases Unique Limited Edition NFT Gems

  • Crypto Gem Alliance (CGA) is bringing crypto gems to space. Throughout history, natural gemstones have been a symbol of power, wealth and status. However, as many know, the extraction of these natural resources comes at a cost, causing environmental damage, conflict and high energy use.

In recent years, lab-grown diamonds have become more popular, but due to their unlimited supply and lack of unique characteristics, they have not maintained their value. The next logical evolutionary step for gemstones is the creation of NFT gems. These digital art representations are created by complex designs and formulas that make them scarce and limited.

The CGA uses the DAO Proof of Stake model to place minting rights in the hands of the gemstone owner in a fair and predetermined manner.NFT gems will come in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors, and will also have unique flaws and distortions. The stones will range in weight from one carat to the extremely rare 100 carats. The different types will include diamonds, emeralds, yellow sapphires, aquamarines, rubies and sapphires. The 12 different gemstone cuts are oval, pear, heart, marquise, princess, radiant, round, brilliant, cushion, emerald, asscher and rectangular.

Owners of encrypted gems will be able to cast (mine) more gems, determined by the number of carats owned by the buyer. Buyers will be able to mine up to 1,000 days after the primary sale. As time passes, the number of gems available for mining decreases, ensuring a limited supply is available.

Each NFT gem will come with a high quality GIF of the crypto gem rotation, as well as an interactive WebGL version of the gem. These crypto gems can also be played in 3D on your smartphone, smartwatch, or even within OpenSea.

Owning the gems comes with a number of member benefits such as: free casting or airdrops to affiliates, discounts on casting or purchases, features that directly benefit or increase an affiliate’s assets such as new uses for the gems, and exclusivity.

A private pre-sale has already sold over $600,000 worth of gems. The public sale will take place on September 15 at 6 p.m. ET and will cost 0.08 ETH per gem. cryptocurrency gems will be sold in tiers over a 24-hour period, with each successive batch of gems having a decreasing minimum carat count. All gems are blind cast and will only be disclosed after the main sale ends.
