Guitar manufacturer ESP has turned to the blockchain to release a collection of instrument-themed items. As a result, fans can now own digital assets based on their eye-catching Pyrograph series of guitars.
ESP’s first foray into the world of non-authentic items was made through the eco-friendly NFT platform Fanaply. In total, 90 NFTs are graded, featuring three unique designs in 30 versions each. As a result, the M-I FR-DLX Skulls & Crows, M-II Hardtail Great Wave and TE-II Hardtail Snakeskin guitars are now all digitized and available on the Fanaply platform for $100 each.
The Pyrograph series features intricate hand-burned electric guitars designed by the great artist Dino Muradian. In total, there are 30 of these instruments, making them priced upwards of $8,000 each. Now, however, fans can own a bit of guitar history, all without spending a fortune or even needing to be able to play.
