• Visa’s Estonian partner Wallester invests in NFT

  • The purchase of the Astro Frens series of tokens demonstrates Wallester’s interest in growing the NFT industry and supporting other highly promising areas.

The overall level of acceptance of cryptocurrencies around the world is positively increasing. In August, we learned that Visa took another step towards investing in the NFT space by purchasing a collectible NFT token from the CryptoPunk series for $150,000. The company noted the high promise of NFT technology, calling it the future of business and entertainment.

Estonian company Wallester.com claims that it supports its global partner Visa in developing NFT and the cryptocurrency industry as a whole. Following the positive trends in the digital currency world, the company decided to invest in NFT and purchased 33 tokens from the Astro Frens series, which feature unique images of astronaut bulls. The purchase amount was 5 ETH, which is equivalent to more than $14,000.

As a Visa partner, Wallester offers a full range of physical and virtual card issuance services based on a white-label model. The ability to issue their own payment cards allows Wallester’s clients to optimize their key business processes, streamline their payment systems with employees and counterparties, and thus take their business to a whole new level by expanding their reach and growing their customer base.

By working with clients from different countries in the EEA, Wallester offers payment solutions for companies of any size and business area, including crypto and NFT-projects. Recently, companies from the cryptocurrency world such as Scallop and DigitMoney have joined Wallester’s clientele.

The purchase of tokens from the Astro Frens series shows Wallester’s interest in developing the NFT industry and supporting other highly promising areas.” As a young company, we want to support projects that are equally young and promising. We love the Astro Frens series and we have no doubt that the future is in NFT and cryptocurrencies. If you are also promoting cryptocurrency and NFT-products, we will be happy to provide you with a personalized branded payment card solution”, noted the Wallester representative.

Thus, the high interest of large investors in NFT confirms the extensive potential of the sector. The demand for non-convertible tokens is increasing on the global market and they already play an important role in digital commerce. The NFT-Tokens purchase contract between Visa and Wallester once again confirms the positive dynamics of crypto-object development and enables us to call NFT one of the main trends in the blockchain in 2021.
