• YGG to buy $1 million worth of NFT assets from Star Atlas

  • As part of a long-term partnership, Yield Guild Games (YGG) announced earlier today that they will be purchasing $1 million worth of Star Atlas NFT gaming assets.

    YGG is a strong supporter of Star Atlas and believes it has the potential to be the next big game to capture the attention of players worldwide.YGG has previously acquired several ships such as Calico Guardian, Compakt Hero, Opal Jetjet and Pearce X4 to name a few. The company will be purchasing more NFT items in the next drop. The unique design, specs and rarity of these items allow guild members to use these ships to benefit from in-game activities after launch.

    YGG and Star Atlas formed a partnership in April of this year in order to work together to create economic opportunities for gamers through the economic expansion of the metagame.Yield Guild’s head of partnerships, Sarutobi Sasuke, described Star Atlas as “one of the most exciting space MMORPGs in the blockchain gaming space.”

    “We believe Star Atlas has the potential to be a leader in the gaming space as it aims to offer a plethora of ways for players to engage with the game in a valuable and meaningful way,” Sasuke said.” He added, “We’re really excited for our community to jump in and make a mark.

    While still in development, a mini-version of the Star Atlas game will be released by the end of this year, giving players a glimpse of what’s in store. star Atlas aims to be the first blockchain-based game to offer a cinematic-quality visual experience. The game’s real-time graphics are powered by Unreal Engine 5’s Nanite, which allows custom design texture details down to the pixel.
